From the mountains of Barahona in the Dominican Republic, this washed Typica is grown at 1,200 meters above sea level by a group of more than 80 local coffee farmers. The group came together independently in 2015 in pursuit of better wages for their coffee, with their harvest processed through Ramirez Estate.

Roasted medium-dark in Austin, Barahona is bold, rich, and smooth, with notes of dark chocolate, brown sugar, and nuts. A full-bodied coffee made for slow mornings, shared tables, and the everyday ritual of a good cup.
